Location: Delray Beach, East Coast, Florida, USA (Small Town Atmosphere nestled between West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale and only a few miles North of Boca Raton.

Wake up in the morning to your own fresh coffee, fresh-squeezed juices (mango and grapefruit in back yard), and have a casual stroll (half mile) to one of Florida's nicest and cleanest public beaches.

Delray Beach was awarded "All American City" winner for the past year and has much to offer. The incredible nightlife, shopping, beaches, tennis, and golf have all made Delray Beach a popular destination.

The cottage is located 1/2 mile north, and 1/2 mile West of A1A and Atlantic Ave. A1A and Atlantic is where Boston's (bar+ restaurant) and the Marriott hotel are located. You'll need a full month to test all the local restaurants on Atlantic Ave, and just as long to check out all the local artistry and shops also lining Atlantic Ave. There is a monthly "Jazz on the Ave." festival where the streets are closed off and the bands take over the streets for a wonderful time. The festival is normally on the third Thursday of each month.

The cottage is very comfortable with all the amenities of home. A new kitchen with flat-top stove, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic double sink will make cooking easy. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a Lane, ivory bedroom set. The bathroom is brand new and has a beautiful walk-in, glass block, shower area. The cottage flooring consists of Italian ceramic tile in the living areas and carpet in the bedroom. A 35-inch television will make you feel right at home on game days. A stereo and bicycles can be included upon request. There is a laundry room (no coins needed). If needed, a one-car garage can be set aside for an additional cost (normally contains the owners tools). Rear cottage (1/1).

This charming old Florida home, that has been recently renovated, lies in the heart of Delray's historical district. It is close to the beach and walking distance to downtown shopping and dining.

Built in the typical bungalow style of the 1940s, this house will enchant you with its beautiful, oak wood floors and its colorful and sun-filled rooms.

The rich reds, the cool greens, and the subtle cream colors are what make the living room setting warm and intimate. Get comfortable on the couch or sit in one of the club chairs and watch cable television, pop a movie in the DVD player, or listen to your favorite CD. The couch pulls out to a double-size bed to sleep two additional people at night.

The Indian Ocean blue color on the walls creates a beautiful backdrop for the antique white furniture in the master bedroom. There is a queen-size bed with night tables on each side and a small desk adorns one of the bedroom walls. This is the perfect place to make your travel journal entries, write a postcard, or hook up to the internet!

Tones of gold, red, and green make the second bedroom the ultimate retreat. The two twin beds are separated by a charming, old world, wood table and the bedside lamps are just right if you like to read in bed before falling asleep.

The vintage-style kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven and stove top, and a microwave oven. The dining area accommodates eight and there is enough tableware for eight people as well.

The old-fashioned, screen porch with its white wicker furniture, painted floors, and printed cushions is reminiscent of days gone by. It overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard and potting shed which makes it the perfect place to enjoy a great cup of coffee, a cold drink, or the cool tropical breeze at night.

There is one full bath, a washer and dryer, an outdoor barbecue, a carport, and room for a second car in the driveway.
